By using Soveni you agree to these terms. Soveni is a self-help tool for building new habits, run by Nathan Bonaventure. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Soveni isn't medical care

Soveni offers tools and peer support, not therapy, diagnosis or treatment. It doesn't replace a doctor, therapist or counselor. If you're in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call your local emergency number. In the US, call or text 988.

Who can use Soveni

• You must be at least 13 to use Soveni.
• Community, friends and messages are only for adults 18 and older. Don't say you're 18 or older if you aren't.
• You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure.

Community rules

Community is for support. You agree not to post or send:

• Sexual content, nudity, or requests for it, including asking for nude or explicit photos
• Links to or names of porn sites or performers, or ways around blockers
• Harassment, threats, hate, or shaming someone for a slip
• Encouragement of self-harm or suicide
• Anyone's personal information without permission, including contact details in public posts
• Spam, scams, money requests or advertising
• Anything involving a minor in a sexual way. We report this to the authorities.
• Pretending to be someone else, including Soveni staff

Moderation

Soveni automatically blocks some content that breaks these rules. You can report or block anyone. Moderators review reports and may remove content, warn, suspend or ban accounts. Serious or repeated violations can mean a permanent ban. Every moderation decision is recorded.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to store and show it in Soveni so the service works, for example showing your post to other members. When you delete it or your account, we remove it, except report evidence kept as described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Using Soveni requires a subscription, bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play: $7.99 a month or $39.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. It renews automatically until you cancel, which you can do at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Apple or Google handle payment, renewal and refunds under their terms. Prices may vary by country. If your subscription ends, your data stays on your phone and the crisis help link stays available.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and limits

Soveni is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Soveni. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and tell you in the app before important changes take effect. Using Soveni after that means you accept them.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, United States, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
